Fueled by Jalen Brunson and a strong resurgence from Karl-Anthony Towns after a quiet Game 3, New York slowly chipped away at the deficit before taking control in the fourth quarter.
The game came down to the final seconds, with OG Anunoby hitting the go-ahead basket with just over a second remaining, sealing a 107–106 win for New York and tying the series momentum in their favor.
The comeback marked the largest in NBA Finals history, surpassing previous major deficits overcome in the championship round. The Knicks’ resilience has put them in position to potentially clinch their first title in over five decades when the series shifts back to San Antonio for Game 5.
