Video circulating online shows the 21-year-old walking across the stage during her graduation ceremony to receive her diploma. She was introduced as Zahara Marley Jolie when she accepted her degree.
Reports indicate that she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. Her mother, actress Angelina Jolie, was present in the audience to witness the ceremony, while her father, actor Brad Pitt, was not seen in available footage, and it is unclear whether he attended.
During the ceremony, Zahara used the surname “Jolie” rather than “Pitt,” aligning with how she has introduced herself in recent years, including during her involvement with the Mu Pi chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.
This follows a broader pattern among her siblings. Her sister Shiloh previously filed legal documents upon turning 18 to remove “Pitt” from her surname, and siblings Vivienne and Maddox have also reportedly used “Jolie” professionally and publicly.
