Charles Leclerc and his wife Alexandra are going to be parents!
The Formula 1 star, 28, and his wife, 25, who tied the knot this past February, confirmed that they are set to welcome their first baby together, sharing the news on Instagram. In a Wednesday, Aug. 12 post on Alexandra’s profile, the mom-to-be could be seen wearing a green two-piece set that highlighted her growing belly.
The Ferrari driver and the model exchanged vows in what Charles described as a “very small and secret” ceremony in Monaco on Feb. 28.
Charles and Alexandra shared a joint post on Instagram on March 1 where they posted footage from their wedding ceremony. The clip included the emotional moment when Charles slipped a wedding band on his bride’s finger and then kissed her. Another video showed the newlyweds driving along a scenic street in a rare red 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa convertible sports car.
Charles captioned the post, “28/02/2026 – Civil Wedding 🤍.”
During an interview for Formula 1 later that same month, the race car driver opened up about the special moment with Alexandra, describing it as “one of those days that I’ll forever remember. And same for Alex. And same for our family.”
“It was family only, and it was very small and secret in a way, which we really enjoyed,” he said at the time.
At the time, Charles shared that the couple intends to marry again in a bigger wedding — but the two haven’t devoted time to planning that event just yet.
“We’ll do another one with all of our closest friends in actually quite a bit of time,” he explained, saying it will “take some time to organize it properly.”
“Mr². & Mrs. Leclerc 💍❤️❤️❤️,” he captioned the joint post, which featured images of the couple with their beloved dog, Leo, and a glimpse of the romantic celebrations, including a display of red petals designed in a heart shape and candles.
The professional driver and the model have been linked since March 2023, when fans first noticed the couple in the background of a TikTok video taken of Charles at Paris Fashion Week.
