A planned wedding between Sarah Jane Ramos and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has reportedly been canceled after Ramos accused the NFL star of repeated infidelity.
According to a source familiar with the situation, Ramos believed Prescott had been communicating with other women throughout their relationship. The source claims she initially chose to remain with him in hopes that he would change for the sake of their family.
The couple share two daughters together — Margaret, who is 2 years old, and Aurora, who is nearly 10 months old.
Ramos and Prescott, both 32, were reportedly preparing to marry next month in Lake Como, Italy. However, tensions escalated earlier this year when the pair allegedly had a serious discussion in January about trust issues in their relationship.
Friends of the couple recently joined them for a combined bachelor and bachelorette celebration in the Bahamas. After their guests left, the source claims Ramos discovered that Prescott had allegedly been using anonymous or “incognito” social media accounts to send inappropriate messages to several women, including former romantic interests.
Following the discovery, Ramos confronted Prescott and ultimately decided to cancel the wedding.
The pair later sent a joint email to their wedding guests informing them that the ceremony would no longer take place.
According to the source, Ramos has ended the romantic relationship and intends to focus on co-parenting their two children with Prescott.
